The Elpida Chaim Charitable Society was established on October 28, 2025 to serve individuals, families, and communities in need — spreading God's love through practical acts of service, education, and healing.

Our Vision

To build a world where every life is valued, every soul is uplifted, and every community is filled with hope through Christ-like love and service.

We exist to bring life and hope to individuals, families, and communities by providing compassionate support, empowering and caring for people, and spreading God's love through service, education, and healing.

Our Purposes

What We Do

The purposes of the Society are exclusively charitable — meeting people at their point of need with dignity and care.

Relief of Poverty

Providing food, clothing, shelter, and emergency assistance — and supporting seniors, single parents, children, pregnant women, orphans, refugees, immigrants, Indigenous peoples, and people facing homelessness, addiction, or abuse.

Relief of Homelessness

Outreach, meals, and temporary assistance, plus help accessing housing, essential resources, and community support services.

Advancement of Education

Tutoring, literacy programs, educational workshops, and mentoring — with financial assistance for students from low-income backgrounds.

Advancement of Health

Promoting healthy lifestyles, hosting public health workshops and screenings, running pop-up wellness clinics, and supporting those who cannot afford basic medical care.

Mental Health & Well-being

Counselling, emotional support, and awareness programs for those dealing with stress, anxiety, addiction, and other challenges — promoting well-being through community.

Community Relief & Social Services

Counselling, crisis intervention, and family support, along with community development programs such as soup kitchens that improve quality of life.

Advancement of Christian Faith

Sharing faith through compassionate service, offering prayer support and pastoral care, and promoting hope, peace, and moral values in a respectful, non-coercive way.

Advancement of Youth

School and university mentorship, guidance and counselling, leadership and character development, and safe, faith-centered spaces that encourage volunteering and service.

Employment, Skills & Rehabilitation

Skills development, vocational training, and work-based opportunities that help people — including those recovering from addiction — rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society.

Work Among Indigenous Communities

Culturally respectful, community-based programs offering outreach and support that promote dignity, healing, empowerment, inclusion, and cultural understanding.
